Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ajeya Yogini School, every consultation is reserved exclusively for you. Once a booking is confirmed, that time is no longer available to other clients. We therefore ask that you book thoughtfully and respect the policies below.

Appointments: Consultations are available online via Zoom and, where applicable, in person by prior appointment.

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 7 days before your scheduled consultation, subject to availability.

Requests made within 7 days of the appointment may not be accommodated.

Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request to reschedule within the permitted notice period. Missed appointments and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your consultation will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Sessions cannot be extended to compensate for late arrival.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be forfeited without refund.

Cancellation by Ajeya Yogini School:
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• a new appointment, or

• a full refund.
